Remote Support is the ability for the computer engineer to access your computer over the internet as if they were sitting at your desk. The program has bank level encryption and can only be used with your authorization. When you connect to our Help Desk, you will watch on the screen and can share mouse and keyboard control. Our Engineers can diagnose problems or run maintenance proceedures without you having to bring your computer to them.

"Malware" is short for 'malicious software' and is usually used as a catch-all term to refer to any software which causes damage or collects personal information from a single computer, server, or computer network. Malware most commonly arrives through an infected website or a malicious phishing site.
"Virus" is short 'computer virus' and is a program capable of causing harm to files or other programs on a computer. A virus usually duplicates itself and may even change its name to avoid detection. Viruses arrive in a number of different ways, the most common of which are in attachments to E-mail.
"Spyware" installs and gathers information from a computer without permission, and reports the information to the creator of the software or to one or more third parties. It provides the consumer with little or no control over removing the software. It can change system settings, collect and report consumer's personal information, use computer processing capacity without permission, and deliver spam or ads without consumer's notice and consent.
